The Details

The Sweet Couple

Natasha and Bill were married November 10, 2015. However, this was actually not their wedding day! The Whalens were such a photogenic couple that we brought them back to relive their wedding day for this Styled Wedding Photoshoot at Indigo Lakes Golf Club.

The Wedding’s Unique Elements and Style

The theme of this styled wedding photoshoot was Vintage Glam. Using the existing base colors of the banquet room, we brought in deep burgundy and gold with pops of pink. I had Events by Design bring in linens and unique centerpieces, alternating with water-filled cylinder vases and fresh orchid stems provided by Pink Flamingo Petals.

Jillian’s Favorite Moments

My favorite part of working on this styled wedding inspiration photoshoot was the smell! The fresh lilies in the bouquet were only second to the sweet aromas of the treats wafting over from the dessert bar. The white-chocolate dipped rice crispy treats and mini cupcakes were so tempting us all, but I think we all agreed the double layer dipped Oreos were our favorites!

My favorite part of planning this photoshoot was how smoothly it went. I could not have asked for a more enjoyable experience with all those vendors involved. Everyone put their best products and services on display, and the resulting images from Jennifer Juniper Photography were amazing!

What Jillian Could Not Live With During This Wedding Photoshoot

This styled shoot was a rewarding experience for all, but at the end of an exhausting day we all needed a pick me up. The cake was actually not real and just a display, but all of the other treats brought in by Delectable Delights were certainly delectable to say the least. It was a sweet way to end the day! The dipped Oreos were a huge hit as we predicted, but I really could not live without the chocolate dipped strawberries. They were adorably decorated like brides and grooms!
